It was perfect. Wrapped very carefully so not to break. Characters were very detailed, would order again from this company, they take pride in their products.

It came fully assembled and it was packaged very carefully so that it wouldn't break. I seen people complaining that it was too small for the price. However, it was actually a very decent size. It looked amazing and the song played nicely. The song wasn't low so you are able to hear it clearly.

The movement is flawless along with every character on the item, seeming very fragile but rather tough. Had fallen from the table about 15” drop to floor with no damage and still in perfect condition
