I recently got the **Chocolate Mould Olive Shaped Polycarbonate**, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I used it, I could see the difference in quality compared to other molds I’ve tried. The polycarbonate material is **extremely sturdy** and durable, ensuring that the chocolates come out with a perfectly smooth and shiny finish every single time. It feels like I’m making chocolates from a high-end chocolatier! The **olive shape** is unique and adds an elegant touch to homemade chocolates, making them look professional and impressive, perfect for gifts or special occasions. What I love most is how easy it is to **release the chocolates** once they’ve set. It's so great.
I usually use fat Daddio molds but for the price was willing to stray. So glad I did! Theolds are not as thick or stiff as FDs which had me a little worried- until I used it. The fact that they are just a TAD flexible is great for removing the chocolate. You can literally twist like an ice cube tray to release anything that may not release on it's own. I have 2 more molds from this company that I will be using this week. I'm anticipating the same great results... And then I'll be hunting for their other molds. :)

Nice polycarbonate molds
Nice molds, chocolates come out nicely (if you temper your cocoa butter and chocolate correctly. Love the lotus shape

Perfect lotus flower
I applied a thin layer of melted chocolate to each mould with a clean finger instead of filling, flipping, and pouring out the excess. Created perfectly elegant pedals, which I constructed into a purple lotus flower. It was beautiful. Pedals were easy to remove from the tray. Thought I’d have to twist it like an ice tray, but you don’t have to do that. Just gently place a finger on the pedal and slide it out of the mould! Would buy again and recommend to friends!

Well made forms, shiny chocolates come out, and wall thickness is heavy enough for hard tapping to remove chocolate excess.
