As always with Mosfiata knives this was sharp, thick blades and Buxto fully decorated on the blade. The knife came with a plastic shield to prevent clumsy people like me ‘finding it’ along the sharp edge rather than the spine. The Damascus pattern is subtle but consistent with other knives in the range. My only complaint and it is small is that only western knife sets have a knife block but I prefer Japanese / Chinese knives so store my set in a drawer rather than block. Handy finger guard and sharpener were nice additions but already had a set from previous knife purchases so maybe offering them separately could help keep prices low. I bought this in the Black Friday sale and got an exceptionally good price for a 6 knives in total that have replaced my aging Sabbatier set. Needless to say very good cutting edge, balance and value for money when compared to other premium Asian and German brands

I mostly use the Nakiri Knife, but I love it. My got for all veg. For my the weight and balance is just right, the handle sits in my palm and my fingers just around the base; it feels natural, and I feel great using it (no lie). These knives 'look' awesome. They aren't hard to sharpen, which is good, but they seem to keep their edge (IMO), but I strop my knives before each use. Any road. These, if you get this set, I would say, chances are you will get a good set of knives and will have made a decent investment in your kitchen future. They should last a ling time. Mine are 3 years+ already.

Excellent quality but not as flexible as expected.

Super sharp knife so be careful carving poultry as it cuts through bone and gristle very easily. An excellent carving set.

Really play with this set of knives very professional quality use them all over Christmas and love them

Lovely set which are incredibly sharp and stay sharp. Came with a finger guard which was a nice touch. Nice presentation box but due to the blade design you’ll want to display them as much as use them. They’re weighted perfectly and are easy to use for meat or fruit & veg

Great knife that just feels good in the hand. Has a good weight to it despite being 8". Excellent edge and it is a beautiful knife for the price. will update after months of use on how well the edge holds up and sharpens back.

Die Messer sind gut gearbeitet & ausbalanciert aber man darf sich für das Geld natürlich kein Profimesser erwarten. Habe alle mit dem Schleifstein auf eine vernünftige Schärfe geschliffen da sie doch recht stumpf vom Hersteller kommen. Aber auch das war zu erwarten. Bin mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden. Preis / Leistung stimmt einfach.
