Did not dissolve easily as they should have. The double capsule would come out intact 3-4 hours later.

They are good but look at the dates , ordered two sets and both came with expired dates .!

Works well and effective

TLDR-yes it sort of worked after about a month to decrease sensitivity and some dryness, no it was not enough of a difference to jsutify the very high price and continuing. As peri storms in, I have had many of the typical waves of discomfort and changes that ebb and flow throughout the months and sometimes throughout just one day… sigh. I have never had any issues down there, monthly was regular like clockwork, no uti’s or other issues. Now I sometimes have a few days of not really dryness, more like an awareness I have a delicate area.. just hyper aware and sensitive. I already take 2 very good pro and prebiotic brands that I take for general health with good results. I have also taken bonafides mood balancing supplement for almost a year and did not notice any difference while taking and when stoping. I also took their hot flash supplement that shockingly worked great at month 2-9 and stopped around month 10. I have also tried their hair serum which is just ok and their biotin hair helper supplemts which worked very very well for me at month 5-14 but was getting too expensive so stopped and switched to a less expensive brand because I was no longer taking those other 2 supplemts and didnt need the package discount. Biotin is biotin… any name brand will do the same. On that note, pre and probiotics are not all the same. I tried this a 6 months ago for a month trial run and I sort of noticed a slight difference in comfortablity / sensitivity down there—- but not worth the ridiculously high price they are putting out there. The dryness, and hyper sensitivity sort of decreased, again not worth the monthly amount to keep going. Also, you should check out the better business bureau ratings for the company.. I’ll just leave it at that.
