Royal mail had initially lost my item and it didn't come when it was supposed to. On the day I was supposed to leave the continent, I really needed the item and I contacted the seller and even though what happened wasn't their fault, they went above and beyond and made me a new keychain and put it on first class delivery for free and I got it in less than 4 hours!
