LEGO Loop Coaster 10303 Building Set for Adults (3,756 Pieces)

Aside from the usual aggressive problems with Brixmax, lights up the Loop amazing

Those poor minifigures had no chance! My son opened this on Christmas morning, and by nightfall the yells and screams could be heard from those poor little fellas. Of course, one could said that that they asked for it as soon as they entered the queue, but I am not sure they were ready for that sudden drop. A few lots their hats, one guy lost his camera (who takes a camera on a roller coaster?), and another guy lost an arm. The arm was not the roller coaster or the designers fault, it was already loose to begin with and the suddenly G force on the way after the initial drop tore it off. The light kits for this are super cool. Automating it with the additional motion package is well worth it. It was well designed. It would be nice if they INCLUDED the motors in with the kit and charged additional with the motors inside. Trying to buy motors is becoming increasingly difficult and we wanted them together as they need to be built into the model when built, not after it is built as that can cause some structural issues. As always though, Lego does not disappoint with their products!

I have constructed over 5 larger Lego and Lego type building kits and this one was the most enjoyable. Although I had some difficulty with some of the instructions because of my sight, I could figure out what to do eventually. It's a part of the challenge. Not only was the loop coaster an attractive piece with added complimentary accessories, building the mechanical parts was educational as well as rewarding in the end to see it all work. The attention to the details was impressive. I found the packaging perfect and the step by step levels of build well done. I was also very happy for the first time to have no parts missing.
