Very tasty, and I've been using it as a great substitute for tomato paste
Amazing, it tastes great and has an great smoky and spicy flavor. It's a great addition to my foods. It has a lot more body and depth to it than tomato paste.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT -- sharp pieces found in multiple products
This is a delicious product; however, I have found several jars to contain small hard pieces of wood or some sort of material that is undigestible. I reached out to the company through their website and hope they respond soon. This is absolutely unacceptable, and they MUST check their production line. **UPDATED 10/23/24 -- Sadaf is taking this seriously and currently inspecting their production line.

Sadaf red pepper paste.
One spoon pepper paste good enough for medium pan. It can be used with many ingredients. It makes many food very delicious. Including soup.

versatile combination
I ordered this product on a whim, not really knowing what I would do with it. I had already been using the milder ajvar type pepper pastes, but hadn't had a spicy one. This has a bit of sting in it, which makes it too aggressive to be used as a spread, for me at least, but I'm heat averse. I put a couple of large spoons of it into a smallish pot of rice as it cooked to add some spice, and that worked well. You get tomatoes and peppers at once, unlike the mild pastes, which are all pepper. Turkish cooks may not have heard of chili, but I plan to incorporate some of this in my next batch.

Very tomatoey, not very hot
It's fine, but know you're getting tomato paste with a modest amount of heat added.
