Does the bluetooth version connect to mac with bluetooth or do i have to use the receiver?

I purchased the perixx perimice-813b mouse on 22 july and it's now completely unresponsive. how do i get a replacement please?

I bought mine in February 2022 and it’s still works fine. I’ve replaced the batteries once that all. So I’d advice you to try the following: - check the batteries by replacing with a new set. - then check the receiver by using another usb slot. - finally if still doesn’t work then send back to manufacturer and try to get a new one because it should still be in warranty.

How do I turn off scrolling? When I am just hoovering over emails and websites the page scrolls down without me touching any mouse button.

Most scroll wheels are spring loaded, just push as it is also a switch that turns scrolling on and off. you may have left it switched on. Have you checked your settings to see that your muse settings are as you want them

Is a Silent Mice? Or you can hear each clic?

It is silent, I have been using this for several months now and it is brilliant. Got rid of my RSI caused by my normal mouse. It also works at a distance of 2 mtrs as I connect the laptop to the TV for SKYPING and I can sit 2 mtrs away from the laptop and still use the mouse on the arm of my chair. A really great product.
