This is such good value for money
If you do a lot of Thai cooking i.e. Red Thai Currie this is a must have. The zesty taste one gets for Kaffi lime leave is unmistakable. This is such good value for money. Compared to sainsburys who only sell 50g = 12 leaves for £1.20.I have no doubt I'll have this bag for at least a year or two :))

Perfect for a Thai green curry!
I just crush them up in coconut milk and green curry paste and it is perfect! I done a few cooking classes in Thailand and never had success making it at home until I added this 'secret' ingredient!

The leaves were delivered to me in a loose plastic ...
The leaves were delivered to me in a loose plastic bag and some were rotting. Most were far from dry and I had to actually dry them myself before sealing them in a zip-lock bag and storing them in the refrigerator. While this is perhaps my fault as I should have read the product details more closely (it said nothing about being "vacuum sealed") I do think the photo display is a bit misleading.
