Number 1 Paint Edger
I had version 1 of the product which I bought last year. It was a good product but the pad would become loose after prolonged use.Version 2 seems to have fixed this with an updated pad holder mechanism; it no longer becomes loose or slides around. It can a bit difficult to remove the pad from the paint edger for cleaning but I think it's a worthwhile trade off.Definitely my go to paint edger now. Works better than the previous model.

Absolutely rubbish
What an absolute waste of plastic! If I couldn't have returned it, it would have gone straight in the bin.It looks well made with a threaded handle so it will go on an extension pole and a rubber grip. But the actual pad is cheap, doesn't fit well and there's only small, plastic tabs on the holder to keep the pad in place, so when you start painting, the pad pops out.And then when you do manage to start painting, paint goes up the ceiling too, so no nice straight lines as it's meant to do.Useless.

The sponge keeps coming off
Not so great. The sponge keeps coming off and the paint finish is not good

Good results
The main tool is a little roughly built but the important part, the pad, is of reasonable quality. It’s meant to be updated after a number of reviews stating the pad can stick to the wall and come away from the handle, I didn’t have that issue so looks like they’ve fixed that problem. Ultimately the line, which is about 3 mm from the ceiling, is consistent, fine and as straight as the ceiling is. I found I could get about 1m before having to reapply the paint (directly to the pad using a paint brush so it’s not overloaded). It definitely saved me time and I was happy with the results. Much better than my efforts by hand.

Meh, could be better.
Tried it, not impressed.- I bought this to "try" and paint a nice line on a very tall wall (stairway) that I can only paint with a pole. The tool does indeed screw into it, so that was a win.- Paint pad has a tendency to slide out should you drag the tool down the wall, the pad slides in behind a few small tabs and not held "that" securely.- If you get paint on the wheels, then you end up getting the paint on the thing you don't want it on. Its all too easy to achieve this!.- Getting paint onto it is tricky too, Trying to dip the flat pad into the paint without getting elsewhere is not as simple as it looks. I found it best to use a paint brush to paint it onto the pad in the end.- Build quality feels like a cheap plastic gadget.

Crisp lines & works with an extender for hard to reach places
Perfect lines! I was pretty dubious about this after reading some reviews but it worked perfectly for me. Great for DIYI used a paint brush to load up the pad and an extender for my ceilings: this prevents paint getting on the wheels (which happened when I tried to dip it)Barr one bit the lines are perfect: I messed up a little where the pad had come out a little, so just check the alignment each time you reload. The line is much crisper than if I’d just used frog tape (I used that around my skirting board to prevent any paint dripping to it as I painted the rest. The pad will move more if you aren’t using the wheels against a wall - so really is just a cutting in tool.

Temperamental at best
Temperamental at best, you need to use a reasonable, but not excessive, amount of force when using the device, and it has a tendency to move about in use. Adding to the difficulties when using the product, it has scratched the paintwork it is pressing against because of the poor quality of the product itself.
