Concise yet Comprehensive, DIYers BFF, Must Read for Anyone Currently in the 21st century lol
The author of this book is practically sitting in your lap pouring out the valuable information that can only come from experience. This book is excellent for removing the "deer in headlights" effect for those interested but absolutely overwhelmed by the idea of cloth diapering in light of our many choices today. This book gives you a clear understanding of your options today, although I do wish it would touch more on a few things.1. It takes the knowledge of a Snappi for granted, which considering pins scare so many mamas away, it should be glorified IMO in this book for its ability to remove one of the biggest fear factors of cloth diapering lol2. It may be a nice addition if the book includes more details comparing and contrasting bamboo, unbleached/bleached cotton, hemp, and microfiber as far as absorbency, care, longevity, and the like.3. There is no wool care info, just FYI to those who wish to read... and for an understandable reason: the author doesn't touch on topics outside of her experience as to not misdirect readers. But if wool care is what you seek, its not here, although she has tons of handy references and links to outside sources for answers you seek which she doesn't touch on.I love the mention of "right to dry" laws as many people assume if they're told they can't have a line that they can't, even though they may legally be entitled, depending on the state! The author gives a sort of small "photo tour" so that readers can see that integrating reusable cloth products can be very easily (even beautifully) incorporated into a home. You gain a sense of and ideas for organization. The sewing tutorials consume the latter portion of the book and are, in and of themselves, what makes this book so valuable! She gives clear tips, money and time saving advice, and valuable information on common mistakes to avoid, which, for someone as "blunderful" as me, is like a golden list. The information given is so clear and concise, yet thorough so that those whose toes were burning in the bathtub of undecipherable information are now comfortably standing in the warm water of clarity... A hot bath sounds right nice. All in all, this is definitely a book I'd recommend anyone who is considering ways to switch to a more sustainable yet still modern lifestyle, or even those looking for ways to save (lots of) money! Its the 21st century, people. Cloth is raging back, and this is an excellent tool to inspire ways to dive in!

Eh
Well written, but she does not talk about flats at all, which is what I'm mostly interested in right now.

Buono....ma
Bene le spiegazioni, buono il libro. Ottimo per chi cuce è vuole realizzare da solo i pannolini. Anche se on.line si trovano tanti tutorial gratis, non lo ricomprerei
