Brilliant for short-term hole patching.
Use to cover a rusty 2cm-hole in the bend of my exhaust pipe. They claim it can last for ages, and is MOT-approved. My repair lasted perfectly for a month - which was great - but exhaust fumes are just too corrosive. The glue broke up, and the metal wrap rusted through. Ended up getting the whole exhaust replaced, which I probably should have just done in the first place...
