Do not buy
The mini laptop looks good and is a nice size, unfortunately I have had to buy 2 now and neither works ,this must be a problem with the laptop that needs sorting out before selling anymore, feeling totally let down by this product, stay away

Disappointed
The charger that arrived with the 2in1 mini device does not fit, I still have not been able to power it on. Really disappointed. Do not recommend, considering closing my account not just because of this hassle but, a couple of other orders I have placed have not arrived at all. Does anyone have any ideas how I can use this 2in1 device? Wrong size charger arrived which is useless. No value for money. Unable to comment on the screen as its not been switched on, due to wrong USB being the wrong one. What a waste of money.

Don't just read the specifications!
This is actually a much better 2-in-1 machine than the specifications would lead you to believe! Although only a dual core processor, it is quite happy to push things along (just don't ask too much of it!). The screen is nice and bright and a surprisingly good size but it is prone to show sticky fingerprints!Memory is good and adding a 128GB microSD is probably a good idea. Don't mind that it says that the USB port is limited to 128GB as well as this is nonsense! I've had both a 256GB pen drive and a 300GB HD attached to the USB 3.0 port and both happily read and write. Having already installed a 128GB microSD card I'll admit that I haven't then tried to see if it would accept anything larger! (Now I have, and it's happy with a 256GB microSD card installed!)I did have an issue with Windows activation to begin but the reseller was very quick to provide a fresh Windows key (within 24 hours) so all is well.As I say, a surprisingly good little machine - the only downsides are the fact that there is no delete button and that it feels a little heavier than you would expect!Note - you can't just use any USB-C cable to charge this - you do need something more powerful although most "turbo" phone chargers would probably do (my Motorola one did!) otherwise you'll need to carry the provided PSU.This review was written on the W100!

This is what happens with cheap Chinese brands
I can't complain with the price but even at such a low cost, I expect this tablet to be configured much better! The first issue I encountered was that the supplied keyboard eschews a "Delete" key. I can accept that given that I did not expect a keyboard to be included, but this means entering the BIOS settings requires the connection of an alternative keyboard, or using the SHIFT followed by Restart method while in Windows. Not a serious issue but this could confuse some users. The biggest flaw was that some Windows updates failed to install and this caused a lot of concern. Firstly, during the Windows update of the video drivers, the screen went black and would not come back to life. The second issue was that after restarting the computer to apply the updates, I was presented with the message "Something didn't go as planned" and the updates had to be reverted. This message is quite generic but I was determined to look for the cause.I traced through the Windows update logs and found something that I had encountered in the past. Windows 11 requires secure boot to be enabled and consequently, I looked in the BIOS and saw it was not enabled. How Tibuta overlooked this very simple thing is beyond me. I have never had a Dell, HP, Asus, Lenovo or any other major manufacturer supply a Windows 11 machine with Secure Boot disabled! The attention to detail from these cheap Chinese brands leaves a lot to be desired! With Secure Boot disabled, this has been know to cause Windows updates to fail - even if it is re-enabled. Hence, my next course of action was to perform a fresh Windows 11 install and unfortunately, this failed the TPM check. I shook my head in disbelief when I entered the BIOS again and saw that TPM was disabled. Yet again, further evidence of cheap Chinese brands showing a lack of attention to detail! Furthermore, it begs the question "How was Windows 11 installed originally?" Tibuta must have used workarounds to bypass the TPM and Secure Boot checks in order to install Windows 11. I shake my head in disbelief, yet again. Not only was the pre-installed Windows a modified version, I would not put it past them to have added other modifications for nefarious purposes, but I didn't check because I had already carried out a clean install of Windows by this time. Those who are using this machine with the pre-installed Windows are well advised to check Task Manager for suspicious activity, but I strongly recommend performing a clean install of Windows (but please BACK UP DEVICE DRIVERS using Double Driver because Tibuta do not supply downloads for the drivers - did I mention lack of attention to detail with these Chinese companies?). By the way, the pre-installed version of Windows 11 Home was NOT activated (shakes head in disbelief again).Once I had performed a clean install of Windows, the updates performed correctly and there was no black screen when installing the video drivers. Performance from the dual core N4020C was acceptable and being part of the Gemini Lake Refresh family, playback of 4K video on the impressive 2048 x 1536 resolution screen was a delight, albeit the audio was poor as one would expect. The inbuilt RealTek wifi and bluetooth worked reliably but I found transfer speeds to be slow over my network. I havn't had time to work out the reason for this but I am not too concerned. As for storage, 64GB may not be enough for some people but Tibuta do mention that micro SD can be used to increase storage. However, there are disadvantages in that this will usually result in a degradation in performance and making image backups of the entire system may fail since backup software such as Paragon aren't able to make images of micro SD drives. As mentioned earlier, a keyboard is supplied, and that is an unexpected bonus. Despite having a US layout and replicating the Apple layout (meaning there is no Delete key), it is hard to criticise those shortcomings as it's better than not having a keyboard at all.I can only recommend this tablet to users who have considerable knowledge of diagnosing hardware and software issues. For a novice, (fixable) problems are likely to occur later on, especially with Secure Boot and TPM disabled in the BIOS. And that reminds me of another issue with the BIOS. With cheap Chinese machines, every single option in the BIOS is accessible. This means the option to disable USB ports is accessible to the user and that will mean the device will no longer be controllable by touchscreen, keyboard, mouse or any other controller! Asus, Dell, HP, et al block these destructive options in the BIOS. Once again, this is just lack of attention to detail on the part of these cheap Chinese brands! People will ask what would you expect for £130 to which I would reply a low powered tablet but not with settings that have been applied by morons!

Mid tablet with a great screen, though needs some understanding.
Edit: The tablet has problems charging after a month of use. Rating brought down to one star.Alright, so here's some quick points.- The screen looks great and tha tablet is worth the cheap price for 'just' basic browsing and video playback.- The performance is sluggish with Windows 11.- The performance is slightly better with Windows 10.- The headphone socket makes a bit of noise when plugging in and unplugging headphones.- The only way it can charge through the USB-C connection is with the included power plug.- USB pens when plugged in get hot which can become a issue when holding the tablet landscape.- The included case is a bit flimsy, though its keyboard is alright.- If you want to change BIOS settings for things such as bootload order, you have to load the BIOS menu through the Windows 'Recovery Options' advanced start-up feature.- Want to install Windows 10? Set up Windows 11 as normal, use Double Driver to backup all third party drivers on external storage, then install Windows 10 using a USB hub, mouse and keyboard, fully update it, and finally use Double Driver to reinstall the driver backups to make audio playback and the touch screen work.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK
I Purchased this in July to be used for the new term in Sept. It has lasted a week and now the screen looks as per above photo. It appears the graphic card has gone. I cannot return as it's past the 30 days returns policy and I cannot get in contact with the seller to replace the item. It is urgent that I have a laptop that works, and this does not.

A few issues setting up but great customer service!!
I needed a small tablet for travel and thought this would be a good fit. The screen is beautiful and after some updates I found it works great!! Only issue was that initially it would not activate saying it had an invalid key. After spending about 5 minutes on chat with Amazon tech support they showed me how to message the seller and said to expect an answer within 48 hours. A few hours later I received a message from the seller with a new key and the tablet was activated with that key. Very easy to work with and great tablet!! I think all the other issues people have had are operator error. Great tablet!!!!
