Highly recommended, great value.
Product has comprehensive strapping system, feels secure when your head is at any angle, zero slip equals zero jarring of the neck muscles. I highly recommend this product, very sturdy bit of kit.

Good but some advise
This is good because it has the d loop at the front, two at ear level, then the chain with two more. What I have found so far using it with resistance bands is (will be same for cable machine):- When doing back of neck by tilting head backward the head strap comes into eyes but by putting two fingers on each temple it holds it off eyes.- When clipped to side it is easier to take it off and turn around and wear it the olther way to save unclipping the bands but the head strap at the back is rough so I have put something over it to not get an imprint on the forehead.- The chain doesnt come off on one side and just one side has a carabiner to take it off on that side, I think it would be better if both sides had a carabiner to remove the chain completely when not using it however this doesnt get in the way of using the resistance bands.

WATCH OUT
Every contact and combat athlete should strengthen their neck period. Hell, even Formula 1 drivers do it to counteract the tremendous G forces that they face at such high speeds! And even if you don't specifically need neck strength, I'd still recommend doing it not only because a strong neck can be the difference between life or death in a car crash (or any head/neck impact or whiplash for that matter: like a punch or a fall), but it makes you more aesthetically pleasing by having a thick neck (search: neckpill).WATCH OUT:One of the reviewers said he developed forward head posture, but that happened probably because he only strengthened the back of the neck, and not the front to balance it out (search: plate neck curls), which is very important to develop a well rounded strong neck.Did volume work with this (2-5 sets of +20 reps; 2-4x a week). The max I used with this harness was 45lbs, so can't comment on the safety of going heavy with it.Only complaint is being a little uncomfortable/rough, but using a beanie will fix it.Overall it's a good neck harness for the price, and would recommend for beginners up to intermediates. Then i'd consider upgrading to a better (and pricier) neck harness. One thing YOU DO NOT WANT is having a harness snapping while you're lifting heavy weight and potentially injure the cervical spine.

Fit for purpose
Works well. My wife’s neck has really started the thicken up now she’s using this regularly.

Works but Noisy
In terms of product, it does pretty much what it should do. Adjustable sizing for the head is good, along with a telco strap for neck support. I would have preferred and adjustable clasp but it still does the job.Use wise it is fin although very noisy. The fabric is rough and rubs against each other noticeably when in motion. bit of smooth material between the joins would bee a good addition to stop this as it is very irritating.Overall for the price, very good. Does exactly what it should.

Pagan Head dress
Great piece of kit. Now has the chain section removed and now is the main piece of my pagan head wear.

Reasonably good value for money
This is my first head harness. Currently using it with weights and resistance bands for neck flexion, extension, lateral flexion and neck twists. Reasonably good value for money, albeit after I used my hacksaw to remove a link and add another caribina to make it more functional ...and purchased a cycling skull cap to make it more comfortable, otherwise it's quite annoying to use for lateral flexions or resistant band work and is otherwise pretty harsh on the ears.
