I bought these to wear after a lumpectomy and breast reduction as the MD recommended a pressure bra. The adjustable shoulder strap is a real plus. The material is soft. I bought a couple of other brands where the fabric was 'scratchy" or didn't fit according to the size guidelines. If you wear it all day the shirred fabric in the front can leave marks on the chest but it was no big deal. Took some talent to get used to the hook and eye closure but it is a good idea and makes it easy to take off. I found that the band of fabric under the breasts can press on the scars under the breast if you have some there. But I wore these all the time.

Not right size.

I don't know if it is me or the bra, but the straps are very itchy. I really love the bra, it's just long enough to make it comfortable and not ride up, I followed the recommended sizing and it was perfect. It is just SO itchy I had to take it off.
