Waste of money
Product claims to be a juicer. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Complete piece of junk and waste of money .

Happy and satisfied customer
The customer service as it's best. I purchased my unit last Aug. 2023 and this month, I had an issue with the spiral that is not working.Reached ¹out their customer service and solved my issue without any hassle. Due to the far distance of their warehouse, I opt and now waiting for my full refund to buy a new same unit.Thank you keenray, your product is highly recommended.

Not durable
The machine first started to make white smoke, it appears that it is not durable for long time use, never tried again I am afraid it will be on fire

Not good juicer
It can make juice but 50% juice remains in the pulp. Can't extract juices properly. Bad investment waste investment as I had to buy another juicer.
