PERFECT FOR 7 YEAR OLD
I bought this for my 7 year old to read by himself, after purchasing the 'elephant and piggie' books, which he found too easy. This series is much better for his age range. He can read it on his own, but it is definitely more advanced than the other series and has a lot more words.

I love these books
We only recently found this series. Adorable book, adorable concept. Is teaching my son a new type of book and concept of interacting with stories as their read aloud (in a different way to other books). Also teaching him about no from a different perspective... And he likes the page where the pigeon freaks out... He says he's having a tantrum and can identify with both sides of a tantrum now.... We all like these books and plan to get the whole series. Makes a good gift too as a lot of people don't have them :)

Lovely series of books. This one has give my beautiful god-daughter lots of excuses to stay up. More importantly she loves them and is encouraging reading

Yet another great "Don't Let The Pigeon...." book
Another big hit with my 5 year old, she loves this series of books and they are good fun to read out loud. Sometimes her behaviour before bed is very similar to the pigeon's haha.I highly recommend this book and the others in the series. They are a lot of fun.

Hilarious!
This whole series is just brilliant! My elder son (6) loves the pigeon stories and finds them hilarious (as do I!). My younger son (4) doesn't quite 'get' all of the humour so maybe better for slightly older children (6 up?) As with the Elephant and Piggy books everything is in speech bubbles and very little text on each page so good for children who don't love reading yet to get them going I would think.

My LO finds this book hilarious.
Love how simple this book is. The expressions and language used to describe emotions is wonderful. A lovely way to discuss feelings and emotions. My 5 Year old can relate to the feelings experienced by the pigeon.

Fabulous book. Perfect for my Year One class!!
A wonderfully illustrated and humorous tale of a pigeon who wants to stay up late. Recommended by my partner who also works in a year one class. The children love it and it makes a great story to read at the end of the day!
