Works pretty much the same as the Metamucil tablets but I feel a little bit more healthy using this.

This product is on my monthly auto shop rotation. They work believe me!! I have tried many different probiotics and this is the only one I use now

I got these to try out and to have on hand in the house for use during the occasional antibiotic prescription. I have not been impressed. On the antibiotic front they were useless at preventing or reducing diarrhea and stomach discomfort. My $10 blend of 8 probiotic strains from the grocery store works much better. On the regular pooping side I didn't notice any difference. But it doesn't hurt to take probiotics to help keep your digestive flora healthy. I just can't recommend these, especially at this price. None of the strains in the blend are particularly rare or expensive. The use of ® or TM after each one should have clued me in. Using special trademarked names for strains makes it much, much harder for consumers to comparison shop between products.

Doesn’t work work me after taking for 7 days. And you can not return or get Amazon credit return. This item cost $30 wasted. I will go back using MiraLAX and Senna

Unfortunately, I experienced no significant improvement while using this product.While I did notice a slight improvement in consistency, I was always left with a feeling of incompleteness. My stool seemed softer, but no easier to pass. After every BM, I was left with a heavy, gassy feeling that persisted the entire day.Because I likely have SIBO, it's possible that using probiotics is simply fighting fire with fire. It could be that this product isn't designed for someone like me. Those without my issues might very well experience better results.One thing I’d like to note, though, is that this brand lists the specific strains of probiotics it’s using, as opposed to simply listing the species. That right there gives them credibility, and I applaud the, for it. Too often, consumers are provided only with the probiotic species, which is too vague far-reaching. Knowing the specific strains is a huge plus.Also on the plus side, I didn't notice any breakouts, headaches or obvious detox symptoms. However, I did feel more lethargic than normal, but that’s happened with many other brands, too.While I believe these are high-quality probiotics, they simply didn't work for me. If your constitution is anything like mine, then maybe use caution or skip altogether. If anything, I definitely wouldn't start with the recommended dose of 3 per day. Like other reviewers have stated, 1 per day seemed to be plenty.The product arrived in perfect shape, and the probiotics seemed potent. The product itself seemed absolutely fine; it just didn’t agree with my unique disposition.
