The people at Home Master / The Perfect Water truly have a superb customer service. This product is amazing and when it was time for me to buy replacement filters I accidentally bought the wrong kind. It was the same amount of filters and the UV bulb but one of the filters is a Modular CARBON Filter instead of the Modular ARTESIAN Filter. I called them to see if they had just changed the name of the filter but was essentially the same and the rep told me that I had in fact bought the wrong filters (everything else was correct in the kit except this filter). Since he saw I purchased the original unit from them, without me asking, he offered to send me the Artesian filter at no cost. He also told me that I can help them out by buying directly from them and that they will match the price here. Which is what I'll be doing next time. I highly recommend this company and their filters!

It's a great replacement filter set for our Home Master water purifier. I love our water filter, it gives us the best water I ever tasted. better than most bottled water, except Fiji water. The filter lasts about 1 year, so it costs $130 for a year, so about $11 a month for 3 people and 2 cats. That's about $3 per person per month (not counting the cats who drink about 1 qt per day). You can't get anything else with that quality and economy. This is our 3rd year and we'll keep buying it. If you do, write the date of installation on it so you know when to replace it. You'll be able to tell though because your water will taste funky when your filter needs replacement.

I have had my Home Master R.O for 7 years and it works great, I even bought one for my daughter and her family last Christmas, I recently ordered filters and the ultra violet bulb for it annual service, The bulb was faulty, i contacted the the manufacturer through the number given on Amazon, they immediately shipped me another bulb, which I received in 3 days. Great service to an product, I would highly recommend

Water taste great, I just don’t understand why the filter got thinner, when the clamps are set to accommodate your existing product.

I've installed the Home Master Ultra System under my sink 2 years ago and I can never drink water from another source again! When family and friends come over, they can't believe how crisp and clean the water looks and tastes. Most people think that "bottled" water delivers the best water quality - but the Home Master by Perfect Water takes it to another level. It is recommended to change the filters and the UV lamp every year. This is the second time I've done this. The installation process is quick and easy. Included is a step-by-step tutorial guide that walks you through the entire replacement process. Just in case you have a question - Perfect Water has top-notch customer service! Super friendly and helpful. I'll be back next year to purchase my replacement filters/UV lamp set yet again.

Purchased these for a unit I've had in use since 2020. The water quality is wonderful after it filters my well water. I have not had any issues with the unit since I have purchased it. The look of these filters changed a little and since I have no plumbing experience was not sure if they were going to be a correct fit. I emailed the company to ask them and within the hour I had a response from a live human being who was able to reassure me they would work. In addition, he attached other videos I may find helpful. Will continue to use this company as they are.... the Home Masters!

Really love this system. Everyone who visits seems to notice how good the water is. I've done 1 round of filter changes since buying and it was very manageable. I recommend this system for anyone who just needs a smaller amount of water per day. Usually it's got about a gallon ready at any given time.

Have the applicable Home Master R/O unit of which these filter change set are required for more then a 2 years. As advertised no tools required for filter change out , water quality is great. Definitely recommend
