expensive yes! it really makes good coffee if you can handle the price. our favorite things about it is you can make ground or whole bean and its very fast....It takes a while to figure it all out but its fairly easy......

This machine makes awesome espresso. It is simple and low maintenance. No milk system, which is what I wanted. Amazing coffee and americanos.

This machine is perfection. It creates the absolutely perfect and most delicious espresso from whole beans or ground coffee. You will never have to buy a coffee again! The process is so easy and the taste of the espresso is superb. Worth every penny! And it’s sleek, white design makes it the best addition to any kitchen. It adds that touch of luxury and elegance while not compromising one bit on quality.

If you’re looking for a short term coffee solution to get you through a few months of great coffee, this machine is for you. Easy to use, very convenient, makes a great cup of crema. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, just straight espresso and coffee which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve been diligent - religious even about replacing the filter on time, using official Jura tablets for descaling and cleaning. Over the last few weeks, coffee started to come out of the spouts slower and slower. Now it won’t make coffee at all. It’s clearly clogged somewhere. As a last ditch effort. I’ve run 2 back to back cleaning and descaling operations (yes using official Jura tablets). Nadda. She’s done for. Jura support has been useless. Placed multiple calls and no real results. I’m sure if I take the whole thing apart piece by piece I could fix it, but that’s not what I do or how I want to spend hours of my time. So I spent $200 a month for 7 months of great coffee. Funny to think I could have actually saved money going to the local coffee shop every single day.

So happy we upgraded to this coffee experience . . For the first time in my life I look forward to my “instant” coffee . . Worth ever penny and love it.

Update - I opened it up - cleaned out the gunk and cleared the lines by hand. It’s working again, but for how long? Was great for 8 months, then clogged and leaked. Followed the recommended cleaning and descaling, but nothing helped.

Love this Jura. Have had an Ena and a Gaggia for many many years, but the Jura is heads and shoulders above both. Blows away the coffee quality of my Gaggia Prestige, and is soooo much better looking and well designed. Perfect for someone like me who only wants espresso and americanos but wants them super tasty and easy.
