I thought I would give clinisan a try having read the good reviews, unfortunately it’s not a hit for me. I’m a bed-bound lady in my 40’s, and have been using Nikaqua cleansers (& antibac) which is great, and Tena cleansing cream, again brilliant & has a lovely scent,in between being able to shower, however I fancied a change. I find the can really difficult to use, to operate it requires you to invert the can, place 2 fingers, one each side of the nozzle and with equal pressure depress it, which for someone who has limited mobility is almost impossible. My carers can use it, unfortunately I can’t, it affects my independence & makes me further reliant on others for day to day life. The foam comes out quite quickly and takes a second or 2 to expand, it feels very cold on the skin, which may be a bonus for hot weather, but usually if someone is requiring a product like this, then their temperature control is affected & their skin is sensitive, both are issues for me. The scent is quite strong, but not overpowering & quite artificial as it has the compressed air smell which lingers in the scent of the cleanser. It’s effective as a cleanser, and leaves my skin soft, which is wonderful. One thing to note is that if you are using it as a bed bath cleanser then using it under your arms will make your deodorant ineffective! Unfortunately for me Clinisan just doesn’t work, so I won’t be buying it again, it’s not too expensive so hasn’t been a big waste of money.

Very small bottle for the price

Very easy to use, actually use it to help keep my very senior dog clean and dry. Excellent value for money, very kind to skin.

Always satisfactory

A gentle foam cleanser ...wonderful if a child has nappy rash as it is so kind to the skin. Good value & lasts ages!
