Shockingly Great for Heavy Pet Hair – Quiet, Smart, and Powerful
I am honestly shocked at how well this vacuum performs. I have four dogs, one of them a yellow Lab, so anyone with pets knows the amount of hair I’m dealing with on a daily basis. This thing handles it beautifully. The longer sweeping arms make a huge difference — it actually pulls hair from edges, corners, and along baseboards instead of just pushing it around. It gets under furniture and along edges better than any robot vacuum I’ve owned. It even figures out how to maneuver under my dining table and chairs, which really impressed me. The battery life is excellent, especially considering how much ground it covers, and it runs quietly, which is a big plus with dogs in the house. It doesn’t get under everything, but it gets under almost everything that matters. I’ve used the mop function once, and it did a surprisingly good job. I still do a deeper, traditional mop about once a week, but for maintenance cleaning, this is fantastic and keeps my floors looking consistently clean. Overall, this has made a huge difference in how clean my house stays day to day. With multiple dogs, that’s saying a lot. I truly didn’t expect to be this impressed.

Thrilled with this thing
I haven't had this long enough to speak to its durability, but I hope it lasts a long time because I love it. My house is hardwood and tile, and keeping up with the floors is my most dreaded household chore. With multiple dogs and cats in the house, there's always a mess to clean up, and let's not even talk about the hair. The instructions say to charge the unit overnight before using it the first time, so don't think you'll be able to try it out the minute it arrives. The mop attachment is under the formed cardboard insert and there's a sticker on the cardboard that says so, but it seems from other reviews that not everyone noticed that. Look under the cardboard before you throw out the box. It comes with a dustbin installed and a water tank in the box. My dustbin arrived with a broken hinge. That doesn't impact the function and I will contact the seller about it, but I couldn't wait to use the robot. I had vacuumed and washed all my floors before the robot came because this robot, which I named Floora, is obviously not meant for deep cleaning. It's more of a maintenance thing. But she did a great job on her first go-round of vacuuming. The bin was stuffed with animal hair, which I supposed came from under the furniture where the vacuum didn't reach. I was pretty excited about that. She did well on picking up dust and little things, which is really helpful, but she doesn't pick up big clumbs. She does, however, shove them ahead of her and eventually flings them to the side, so they're easy to find and pick up. I just went around with a paper towel and picked them up when she was done. I expect that sooner or later, Floora will push all the big clumps into the open and then she should be able to simply keep up with the small daily messes that accumulate. After the first vacuuming session, she returned to her home base to rest and recharge. She'd earned it. The instructions say to place the home base in an open area and some reviews said the base should not be placed near computer equipment. I ignored the instructions and put it under an ottoman. She has had no problem finding her home, which is great because she's out of sight when not in use. Later, I sent her out to mop the floors. Wet the mop first, or she'll waste time dragging a dry mop pad around for a long time before it soaks through. The water tank relies on gravity to put down water, and if you don't wet the pad, you'll get the "two streak" effect some reviewers complained about. As others have pointed out, this is not an intelligent machine. Floora just randomly wanders around.I think the only way to really get clean floors with this robot is to use it every day or two. Otherwise, you're just not going to get complete coverage. However, Floora is so easy to use, there's no reason not to put her to work each night (or day). She can be scheduled, although I think I did that wrong because she didn't do her vacuuming at 3 am, as I'd asked her. I'll try again this evening. There's only one problem I have so far with Floora. She gets stuck on a few things, and she seems to really like going to those things. The first thing is a cat scratching post on a base about 1" high. She gets one of her wheels caught on it and can't get off. I moved it, problem solved. The other is a sideboard. She can get under it but she can't get out. When she gets stuck while mopping, she continues to release water, so you'll get a puddle. If you have hardwood floors, make sure you learn where she gets stuck in your house and fix it before you leave her alone. In comparison, I previously owned a Scooba. It was a hassle to use and didn’t do a great job. I didn’t use it very often because setting it up and cleaning it was more annoying than just steaming the floors with a steam mop (I had all tile floors then). It lasted about 9 uses and when it stopped, Roomba would do nothing for me. I bought that unit refurbished for $100+ than I spent on this robot, and this robot is far superior.

Great little cleaner, great price!
Unboxing / First Impressions: Product received in great packaging. Once unboxed, read through the manual and quick setup guides. Though English was not that great it was easy enough to get through. I set the little vac, which my 4 yr old named Winston, into its charger and charged it up. First Run/Impressions: I have a 2 story home with downstairs being hardwood floors and ceramic tile comprising approx. 1200 sf of space on the 1st floor.. A living room, Dining room with lots of furniture, breakfast room with table/chairs and hutch, a kitchen with an island and a living room with 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, and a lg armoire. When I pushed clean to start the dry vac process the unit began to move about cleaning in a fairly random pattern, softly bumping into furniture and working to move around items. After a while I noticed it would move around to a chair or table and begin a move to go around a leg once it seemed to determine it was in fact a leg of a chair or table. If it found the item to be a larger piece with long sides like cabinets or an armoire it would go along cleaning the edges. While it moved through the rooms it was more random than expected and seemed to go over some spots more than others. It did a really good job of cleaning around the oak chairs at the breakfast table. I have two thick matts in the kitchen for standing, it had no problems getting up on those. I have a 3 X 5 rug at the front door, this was a little bit of an issue as the little brushes tended to go under the edge picking up the edge of the carpet and causing the vac to backup or flip the rug up and cause it to jump over or again, back up. This was not all the time. Cleaning Power: I will say it did a great job cleaning up dirt, sand, dust, small items from the floor. I let it run for about an hour and it swept most of the 1200 sf or so of hard floors. I emptied the container once abt 45 mins in and let it go on it's way. Issues I ran into: The little vac, which was named Winston at first, but has since been renamed "Romi" by my 4 yo, did have an issue when it decided to clean under my large sofa (it didn't have issues with the skirt by the way.) I happened to have my wireless rear audio speakers behind the sofa and the little vac found the wires and got them tangled in the brush. This stopped the unit cold. I had to look around after not hearing it anymore to finally find it under the sofa shut off. I untangled the wire, checked unit for issues (none) and hit Clean again, and off it went like nothing ever happened. Completing the Cleaning: I didn't run the vac until it stopped on it's own. We had to get to bed so I used the provided remote and pointing it at "Romi's" front (the remote appears to use IR, not RF) it shut down the vacuum, put little brushes in a low/slow power mode and began to go in a "follow the left side" of the room method to find its way back to the charging base. This seemed a little like a blind person in a strange room following along a wall. After 5 mins or so, Romi got within 5 ft of the charging base and seemed to see it. At this point it lined itself up and slowly proceeded to guide itself back on to the base and started charging for the night. PROS: - Good price! Can't beat the price for a vac and this one will do wet service but have not tried that yet. - Great cleaning! It did a really good job cleaning the hard floors. I have not tried it on low pile carpet but will do that and provide feedback. - Quiet. This is MUCH quieter than our Shark and other vacuums. CONS: - Not as sophisticated as much more expensive units. - Does not appear to have a memory of the floor or room layout - Does not connect to Wifi - Does not have reports on how/where it cleaned, etc. OVERALL: If you want a good sweeper unit without all the fancy junk that makes units cost 3 or 4 times as much, this is your guy! It does a great job sweeping hard floors can get under items that have about 4-5" of clearance, doens't have issues with skirts on sofas, and gets around chair and table legs to clean under furniture!

I've been using my new vacuum and mop robot for a few weeks now. Overall the vacuum cleans the floor nicely and quietly. Battery life: I've mostly used it in the vacuum mode and the battery lasts almost 2 hours, which is very good. I cannot vouch for the battery life in the mopping mode. Vacuuming quality: corners, baseboards and floors overall are vacuumed well of dust, hair and dirt. The robot has random moving patterns, but if I let it work the 2 hours it vacuums well my 600 sq ft floor. Usually when I'm about to leave the house I get the area ready by removing all light rugs and lifting cables and pet toys and then on the way out I turn the robot on so that it cleans the floor while I'm gone. I have not used the remote yet, I just use the buttons on the robot itself. This vacuum is white and does not mark the white baseboards when it hits them. Super. Mopping quality: As the photos show, the moving patterns of the robot are very random and I would rather it went on parallel lines. The mopping is probably not this robot's forte (and maybe it's not any robot's forte). The small mop gets dirty soon and you need to remove it, clean it and replace it. If you want a light clean, then I guess it's fine. Stairs: the robot stops on the edge and turns around. It does not fall down. Noise level: It's quieter than my previous robot from Roomba and this is a very important characteristic for me as there's always guests in my home and I need to be considerate of noise levels. Cleaning the robot: To empty the dust drawer you need to remove the filter and dump the dirt. To empty the water drawer is quite easy. Impressive: I was impressed to open the box the robot came in and find replacement parts for the bristles and also for the filter. That's gonna be really helpful. CONS: The instruction manual recommends never leaving the full water drawer in the robot if not using the robot as it would spill water on the floor. That's a little complicated, because sometimes the mopping robot will get stuck on a rug or object on the floor and not move. I guess there's the chance the water would get spilled and make a mess. I think this could be an aspect of this robot that needs fixing. Another aspect I would expect the robot to improve is the moving patterns that can be less random. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Do ponto estético ele é lindo, compacto, não é muito pesado, as texturas são boas de segurar e não dão a impressão de que vai cair nem arranhar. A qualidade é ótima.

I love this vacuum. Even though you can’t program where it goes, it cleans almost 100% of the rooms in 30 mins. It goes over thin rugs easily, it has a lot of sucking power. The tank needs to be cleaned everyday. The remote works well, and helps to get to hard to reach places.
