Ok so I used the rice milk to make this and I am not a fan at all. First it did not thicken up at all and then the rice milk just didn't taste good. When I try the chocolate one I am going the try ripple milk and see how that one does. The powder smelled great when I opened it and I had high hopes for it but I guess I used the wrong kind of milk even though the box said I could use it.

Unsure if this could’ve been higher stars. I did not see until it was too late, that it should be mixed and served IMMEDIATELY. I made it about 4 hours before dinner and it was too watery when served for dessert. Flavor was okay but wish I had given it proper attention to the instructions.

It’s really hard to get vegan pudding to set like regular pudding with no gelatin but this worked out the best I’ve tried yet the flavor is superb

I use this to make vegan ice cream with my ninja cremi. It’s really smooth and makes the ice cream taste great. It’s a good dairy free and gluten free option.
