Great product, nice purifier, easy set up, and the ease of the remote control gives excellent usage, the scents we used are natural oils, its great in size and looks like an alexa, very good buy.

So in the description, it states that the item is battery operated (note if the description is changed, this is correct as of 11.10.23) but us is mains operated. It looks good, but I haven’t tried it due to immediately starting the returns process as I need a battery operated model. I have no plug socket near to where I need the diffuser to be situated so it has to go back,

Lovely little diffuser, was a little worried bits were missing when I opened the box but the cable and remote etc are inside the diffuser.

When I purchased the item around 1 month th ago it worked fine but now for the last few days it has been leaking all the water out and not even lasting 30 minutes after being filled

This is not battery operated as it stated in the spec it’s only the remote that is battery operated
