Celtic Harp with 22 Strings and Semitone Levers

The harp says it has 22 strings but it has 27 instead.It does not start by C so when tuning is very difficult to find the right notes. Also it says, soft case included but it is not included, very very disappointed with this purchase

This was a real shame. The woodwork (for the price) was very good, but the tuners were poor and the strings very difficult to tune up. Almost impossible without a workshop setup.It would have been much better if the harp had been per-tuned and set up correctly. The strings had not even been wound onto the tuners in the right direction. There was some subliminal warehouse corrosion due to long storage maybe.
