This walker is light weight and compact. Easy to store it once it's folded. Also easy to fold and carry around. It's able to support my medium weight. It's made with strong sturdy and durable aluminum alloy frame. The seat is comfortable and it comes with a back rest belt. Added comfort when sitting. Good back support. I also like the comfortable grip on the armrest. Smooth wheels and tight brakes. Easy to control and maneuver. I feel well balance with the walker. This walker is very helpful for my daily walk and getting up from sitting. I feel more safe when I go out now. It prevents me from falling or tipping over. I also stop hitting my toes on furniture or knocking my knees on things. Getting old is not easy.

This item was returned for no other reason than it was not assembled. This should be known in the first paragraph because I cannot assemble a walker.

So happy to have the confidence to go for walks since receiving this Walker. Overall a great product!

Except for the removable seat&back strap, it came FULLY ASSEMBLED right out of the box! Once the packing materials were cut away I could use it "as is." Assembling products intimidates me. I bought THIS rollator rather than an identical product from some other vendor because the other was "assembly required." Somebody else's review mentioned that it came already assembled, which is precisely why I decided to buy it. It seems also as lightweight as my old two-wheels in front walker & goes easily into my car. No serious struggles with a heavy piece of euipment.I haven't had it long enough to judge its sturdiness but so far so good.

One is the wheels constantly stops turning. I have had different washers our on it tried multiple ways to fix it. Something just isn’t right with it.

It has been really helpful to me.It came damaged as the seam on the seat was already split open. So my son in law did a great job taping it with black duck tape that I already had on hand. My family said (because of the seat design) that it would rip open anyway if I returned it (due to the design).

I am giving the seller a chance to tell me what happened!!! Return my money or ship the correct walker. This looks like someone stripped it and put garbage wheels together. The front wheels don’t rotate only goes forward can’t go sideways!! The back wheels rotate! But you can’t fix the front putting rotate because of the back system. I went to a MEDICAL REPAIR SHOP! THEY WERE SHOCKED!!!YOU CANNOT EVEN REPAIR IT TO BE SAFE!!! IT BELONGS IN THE TRASH!! Even under the seat 2 brackets missing they’re taped!!! Well I put this in God’s hands the results!!!!
