What is the difference between the body balm and body milk

The Body milk is for general use, but if you need a stronger product, then order the balm (e.g. to repair skin after any course of drugs, especially for cancer treatment). However, recently Amazon has been using a Spanish outlet to provide these products, with the product name in Spanish. When I have been through to La Roche Posay to ask for a translation, they have brushed me off.
