Bought this for my 9 year old. He is on it day and night. I am very impressed with the build quality - smooth, quiet and is pretty fast! It is quite a bit heavier than you think it's going to be.

The media could not be loaded.  As far as toys go that get your kids out of the house this has to be one of the top ranking ones I've had so far.My kids keep it charged up every night and then after school taken outside on our cul-de-sac in order to zip up and down the road there great speeds, so you do need to be aware that it can only be used on a safe road or in your private garden it's still one of the most fun toys the kids have got.Its fully adjustable in the fact that you can extend the legs out depending on the height of the child that's actually using it and that can be done really quickly so I have two boys who were both different heights and they adjust it in between each use to ensure that they are comfortable and have a lower gravity centre for each of them, it's then controlled via the two handles which act very much like your feet moving backwards and forwards on the Segway which will turn it left or right depending on which handle you push down. So if you push down on the right it will go right and if you push down on the left it will go left and vice versa if you pull up. It's great for doing full doughnut spins and rapid stops after doing a hill descent and can also be used as a hover board on its own if needed although my kids tend to prefer the go cart and it is a bit of a faff to be able to remove the seat if needed.
