Tasty and healthy
A superb breakfast cereal, full of goodness and very, very tasty. It seems to stay fairly crunchy even in milk. Its quite pricey, but well worth it. Hard to find in some supermarkets, but readily available through Amazon.

Filling
A small amount goes a long way. I add warm water and allow to soak for a while. Sometimes overnight. I then add a couple of desert spoons of Greek yogurt with what fruit I have. I haven’t found it to be too crunchy. Just a nice consistency and very tasty. Keeps me going fat longer than porridge!

Expensive but Our Favourite
Our favourite cereal, hard to find in supermarkets. Quite expensive, but lovely malty flavour, with very crunchy texture. We use it as a delicious topping with fresh fruit and yoghurt, but a bowl-full as breakfast cereal would be a bit extravagant.

Love these
We just love these as a breakfast cereal, often not available in super stores but always available from Amazon

Been recommended these by a friend. Questioning her friendship now
Its either that or I've done something wrong. We had been speaking about overnight oats that everybody talks about so often and I thought I maybe should give them a try. She told me that she doesn't like the overnight oats and finds that these are much nicer. I'm questioning her decision making skills now.On the rear of the box was a picture showing layers of yoghurt, grape nuts then soft fruit, repeated. Now I don't know if it was the fact I put it in the fridge thinking that as I was replicating overnight oats that I should do that, seems logical after all. Maybe these shouldn't be left overnight with the yoghurt and fruit as eating the glassful the following day was not the nicest experience and certainly not one I will be in a rush to try again. When I've managed to get over the trauma of eating that and can brave this cereal again I will try it as soon as I've layered it.On the plus side, but a back handed plus, the box is tiny for the cost of it. As I don't particularly like it that has got to be a plus right? For those who do like it, the box is TINY for the cost of it........

I LOVE GRAPE NUTS
I LOVE GRAPE NUTS. They are delicious, malty (no added sugar, which is far more satisfying and teeth friendly), CRUNCHY, full of flavour and texture and just deliciously GREAT-NUTS!! I Highly recommend them. I'm very grateful for the online supplier, as you can't buy these in supermarkets any more (they've been pushed out by the big bullies: big names/ big full-of-sugar and nought else commercial brands).

I just love the crunchiness of this cereal as topping to another cereal, also Grape Nuts are hard to buy locally.
