Q: Has anyone else received a brand that's not the advertised one? Expiry date on the Healthgen packs I've received is January 2024. Seems short to me.

Yes our tests are all dated January 2024.

It is the date following the egg timer symbol on the white end of the box. After this date the test may well be unreliable or just not work.

I have thrown the box away and have looked through my test intolerance report which doesn’t have the info. I do know it’s a British company

These look good and a reasonable price , how can you take the reading as true though

Faulty item

These showed no result at all. Used all 5 as I had a bad cough and cold and my neighbours had covid. First test I done no line come up then I tried another and again nothing. Ended up doing all 5 hoping one would work but unfortunately they didn't. Borrowed a couple from my neighbours and they worked fine and luckily I didn't have covid.
