Day 4 of having creatine and I feel amazing. My strength feels stronger and when I play football I fell 2x better than my original self. Would recommend to drink a couple of litres of water so that you don’t bloat, but buy this BULK creatine as you won’t regret it.

Ease of use: well the recommended amount per day is 5g, yet they only give you a scoop for 3g. What is the point? Taste: it's non flavoured creatine. Efficacy: Honestly without sending it to a lab for analysis I couldn't really say. As with all creatine you may experience some discomfort but that isn't because of the brand it's just because you're not compatible with creatine. Energy Level: You're not likely to notice anything until you get some more reps in than you normally be able to do.

The size will last a while the mixability is okay it could be better but the digestion is great and there is no texture and no flavour great quality for the money and it improved my sleep quality

Value for money just not sure about some of the allergy advice. I have been using it for a week and it seems fine. Just very annoying that the scoop size is not the correct measurement so you mix 1.5 scoops instead of just having a proper sized scoop. It’s actually unflavored and mixes well
