Brilliant for smaller lawns
I have been struggling with mowing my relatively small rear lawn for several years now. First I tried a hover mower but I found it did not cut very well and tended to just blow the grass all over my borders rather than collecting it up. Next I tried a push along hand propelled cylinder mower, this was quite effective on very short grass but would not cope at all if it was slightly overgrown and left a lot of grass along the wall and bordered that required strimming or hand cutting - it was also very hard work for a female gardener! After persevering with the manual mower for a whole season, I spotted this Bosch machine for an excellent price on amazon and following a bit of research I decided to take the plunge and buy one. It arrived the next day and I was surprised at how small and light it was - definitely a bonus when you are not very strong! My husband put it together, it didn't seem to take him very long and there was no cursing involved, so I'm assuming it was fairly easy to assemble. My first mow with it was a bit of a revelation - it cut my grass better than anything has before, collected it neatly in the rear box and was easy to push along thanks to the wheels. It also cuts right along the wall, leaving me only 2 little corners to trim by hand so I have got rid of the strimmer (which I hated!).I now happily cut the grass every week, it is so easy to do it now that it takes no time at all and I am not left tired and aching afterwards as it is so easy to push, I can do it with one hand if necessary. My only small criticisms would be that the handle is fixed at the angle it is attached to the mower - this is fine during use, but even when the top part is folded down, it does make storage slightly trickier if you only have a small space to keep it in (we use a plastic storage cupboard).Overall a great machine and I would definitely recommend it.

Good performance at a great price.
Having recently moved into a house with a neglected garden I set out to my local well known DIY store to ready up for the job. This is the first mower I've bought but did so after considerable research. My garden isn't very big and I know I didn't want a petrol mower as I have flashbacks to using my dad's as a kid and what a faff that was. Whilst I was queuing to purchase the mower a 'random' in the queue said that they had one and it's "the best mower I ever had" - a promising start then.Onto the product: Easy to assemble, took 5 mins. Agree with other reviewers that the instructions are pretty hopeless and you're better off ignoring this and applying common sense - it's only 2 screws and 2 bolts folks, it's not difficult. My only negative with this mower is the adjustment of the cutting height, it's not obvious and not convenient to adjust, the higher up models have a handle which this one doesn't so you have to manually adjust by manipulating the wheel axles into slots. The cable was long enough to get round all my garden but it's a shame there isn't a hook or something to store it more neatly. The grass box is adequate, I know some people comment on it being "plasticy", well yes it is made of plastic and yes it does clip together but it didn't fall apart every time I looked at it so I have no issues with this, I mean I certainyl don't look at it and think "Gosh I do wish the grass box was made of steel". The pick up was fine on damp grass so I'll assume it's amazing on dry grass. The grass I cut hadn't been cut since at least November 2016 so we're talking 7+inches here, I set the cutting height to highest and away I went, no issues what so ever, no jamming, no stuttering, no overheating, just easy peasy clean cut lawn.In the pics I have included there is a before, during, after and the clippings taken would fill the box the mower came in (it was 3 full loads on highest setting)!TL;DR Best £66 I ever spent. Perfect for smaller gardens. Ignore the moaners but if you are concerned then best to fork out for a £££ mower. . .

Great little electric lawn mower - recommended!!
After my old electric lawn mower unceremoniously died due to spectacular electrical failure (sparks, flames, smoke), I was in the market for a new one.The Bosch 32R was recommended by some friends who had bought theirs a couple of years back - they had nothing but kind words for theirs. The other reviewers on Amazon also gave good reviews which confirmed my decision. So - running through a few key points.* Price - good value for money when compared to the others.* Delivery time - as ever with Amazon - delivered on time, on the day specified.* Assembly - OK - this was a bit of a mental exercise. The instructions could have been a little clearer (Bosch - this is your job, and we're not talking simple like furniture - just a bit more detail would have been good), but after getting the parts all laid out, and studying the photos on the box (as well as the instructions) the process itself was simple enough.* Lawn mowing ability. The fact it has metal blades gave immediately good results and I'm expecting the good results to continue over a longer period of time than plastic blades would have. The catcher did a good job. I've not yet tried it on different height settings. My neighbour also borrowed it to cut much longer grass. Again - good results. Of course - it's limited to 30cm of actual cut - so if you've got a lot of lawn - something larger would be required. My lawn measures around 25 square metres - cutting it did not take long.* Other points - it's nice and *light* - which makes pushing it around a breeze, as well as packing it away after the lawn is done.* Conclusion - great mower. Easy to use. Mowing the lawn is a joy again :) (been a while since I've been able to say that!)* 8/10.

Good little mower
Bought the same mower as a replacement for our old one. Very pleased with it, cuts well. Excellent mower for smaller gardens lightweight but sturdy, struggles with very long grass but does a great job on medium to short grass.
