Q: hi. the first and second images are different. they are 2 different screw drivers. so which is the one that is being sold?

This picture where most of the handle is in black, that is the original (great) screwdriver. On the newer design (not as good) the spare driver bits holder is yellow plastic. Also the bottom of the handle screws off on the newer one so it is a larger yellow piece. Hope this helps.

Assuming that the question is actually 'how do I get the bits out of the storage carousel?', unfortunately there isn't really a good way that doesn't involve the aid of a pair of needle nose pliers, it's a pretty bad feature on an otherwise well-designed tool.

Q: i have just purchased 10 BIT rachet screw driver and now can not see how to take the bit out please help.

Sometimes the bit can be stiff or magnetised: If you cannot pull the bit out with your fingers, use pliers. Again, the bits stuck into the yellow cap holder can be a little stiff and hard to get at properly because they are crammed together. Pliers will always help you pull out the one you want

Q: Could i use magnetic positioning screwdriver bits with this ?

Yes that should be fine. There is a magnet in the shaft of the screwdriver to hold bits in place, but any magnetic bit you use should only be magnetic at the tip and not the base, so it should not counteract the holding magnet in the shaft.
