I've tried many a palette knife as a budding Baker and I ALWAYS come back to this little gem. The fact it is smaller in size gives me much more control with application of buttercream, whether covering an entire caje or adding a smidgen of buttercream to smooth out a missed area. With it being angled it means I also don't end up dragging my knuckles through my work. It's small in size, simple to clea either by hand or in the dishwasher, has multiple uses as previously mentioned, I use mine for buttercream/ganache application, for removing fondant off surfaces, if a cake has stuck to a tin I just glide this down the sides, I even use it to mix air pockets out of buttercream. I wouldn't be without these bow, think I love them juat as much as my mixer

Es pequeño y muy versátil, lo utilizo para sacar las madalenas o muffins del molde, para levantar las galletas cuando salen del horno...me encanta!

utilizzata la spatola per la prima volta ed è stata una scoperta! Prima utilizzavo un coltello a base larga, ma non è la stessa cosa! la panna/crema non si attacca come al coltello e viene bella liscia. Mai più senza! :)
