So this review maybe a bit woo woo for some , I have no connection with this product I am just telling you my review. I started taking Lion's mane and I saw it reduce my brain fog , so I did some research , watched Paul stamets and the Netflix documentary. I sought answers because I have hypervigilence from childhood trauma, I have just gotten out of yet another emotionally abusive relationship, sold my house, changed towns and I am about to embark on a career change. One of these things was enough to derail me completely. I have had a nervous breakdown before and was fighting for something to help me. I Have been taking these tablets for about a week. I took too many , so beware, I gave myself thrush and stomach ache. I now take one a day. The improvements I have seen are quite remarkable .I have been sleeping like the dead with what I can only describe as problem solving dreams, why did this happen I would obsess, suddenly no need for that. I rest a lot more in the day because i can I am not on the ceiling with anxiety, that means I am healing. I have made so many changes in the last week its like I can see a little clearer... Told you -woo woo!! I am not afraid all of the time, I have been for over FORTY years , can you imagine what that is like?? i get anxious and i get worried but its not catastrophic . i have even been brave enough to go on a date and i am not repeating old patterns I am pleased to say because I can see them now. All I can think of is that neurogenesis is occurring , parts of my brain, my vagus nerve is repairing in tiny ways with the help of the mushroom compound and rest and good sleep. Overall I am thinking clearer, I cannot review the product for pain because i didn't have any but i am sleeping without abject fear at 4am. I also feel more ' connected' make of that what you will. Price wise I think its fair, I have spent hundreds on therapy and prescriptions for anti-depressants and frankly £20 is doable especially as one a day seems to fit my physiology. Take my review as it is intended or don't thats for you but for me there is a lot to be gained from looking into funghi and its effects on mental health issues I Invite you to do the same.

This is by far the best supplement I have ever taken and will be taking this for the foreseeable future. This supplement has helped me so much, it’s like a one fits all cure to various alignments. It has definitely had the following benefits: lowered stress (cortisol is finally under control), lowered blood pressure, improved blood sugar (great, consistent energy as a result), improved mood (anxiety and depression) and generally I have felt the best I have in years! It has notibly brought my chronic inflammation down (less pain in my knee and lower back). I’m excited by the benefits I have noticed within this first 2 weeks and things can only get better. As a result of loving this product, I have done a lot of research into each mushroom and purchased their Reishi and Lions mane product. I have already recommend this product to three people I know!! Update: I have reordered these capsules. Since taking these capsules I have definitely became more mentally strong and resilient to stress. I have been falling asleep straight away at night and getting up early, something I’ve wanted to do for years. I now eat much healthier and avoid sugar and now my energy is through the roof!

Wow, this product is incredible. I have only been taking them for about a week, and they have already improved my quality of life greatly. I now recommend these to all of my friends and colleagues, and I would advertise them if I were able to. Energy levels: My job can involve putting quite a few heavy loads of products away throughout the course of the day, and I am on my feet the majority of the time. Of course, I love my job, but I usually find myself physically-fatigued by the afternoon. However, following the serving sizes recommended on the package, 1-4 throughout the day, I find that I don't experience fatigue at all. My energy levels are so much higher and I would recommend these even just for that benefit. General anxiety: I am on 20mg Fluoextine for OCD in the form of intrusive thoughts, and general anxiety. In terms of anxiety, I often struggle with stress/general anxiety in public places, especially with large crowds. Of course, in this regard, it can never be cured by just medication, but I have found that when walking through the city centre and in busy shops, etc., my anxiety levels are lower than before, to the point that at their best, I feel close to neutral, and at their worst, they are still manageable. This may be different for each individual but I found these very helpful for general anxiety. Pain: I often experience pain in my arms due to issues with the plica. Thus, I avoid activities that I know trigger the pain, but there are still some days where they hurt. However, although the pain is still there on its worst days, these pills have helped to reduce the pain SIGNIFICANTLY. The pain is so much more manageable and I'm more able to continue doing whatever it is I need to do that day with no worries. Sleep: I usually wake up feeling groggy, tired, and just generally fatigued. However, with this product, I personally find that I awake feeling much more refreshed, a sensation that I have not experienced since I was much younger. I awake more often with a fantastic sense of clarity and this has greatly-improved my mornings. Dreams: I originally came across this product trying to find supplements to help me to lucid dream, but didn't see many reviews regarding this, so decided to take them as I was intrigued by the other benefits. However, this product has aided my recall of dreams, to the point that I can remember several storylines from the night before in enough detail to pen them in a dream journal. Incidentally, it could be a coincidence, but after a few nights of these supplements in tandem with reality checks and journalling of my dreams, I became lucid in the middle of a dream, and I remebered each dream of that night with good clarity. If one were to get a supplement specifically for lucid dreams, other supplements may be more suitable, but I found this helpful, and its benefits regardless of dreams make it worth it for myself, personally. Feedback: The only additions that I can think of- · Perhaps there should be a link to a document available on the page that displays any medications, if any, that may interact with this product. I personally was fine, but I would definitely have tried these earlier had I not been fearful of any potential interactions. · It would be helpful having links to articles showing the dosages at which the molecules in the supplements are effective, just to see how effective the pills are, and how they stack up against Time Health's other products. In conclusion, this product has greatly-improved my life in several ways, and I recommend it to anyone that would like to improve their health/wellbeing, be it physical or mental!
