Well. all the notes seem to be in the right place. But my word are there a lot of notes! As far as I can tell so far all the transcriptions are bang on so if you want to learn these songs, buy this book.

Excellent transcriptions for the Blizzard of Ozz album. Definitely recommend if you're an Ozzy / Randy fan. Grab it before it goes out of print again.

Another great album finally transcribed!!!Okay this is a Cherry lane book which i always say gives great easy to read transcriptions..but alas not this one...Some of the transcriptions don't stand out as well,obviously they have been taken from somewhere else and thrown straight in...duh..as if we wouldn't notice?It annoyed me on tracks like suicide soloution,i was following the tab and certain bits didn't seem 100% right,,and when i got to the end of it i read the line..to drum solo...so yep it was a straight rip out of the Tribute guitar book..and it's not the only one in this book...lazy..and damned annoying!!!!!There are slight variations from the album that aren't on the live tribute album that they just couldn't be bothered to put in and hoped no-one would notice? But i did!!!It's great to have all the tracks from this album in the book form so i can look into all the overdubs he put in and really see some of his work i didn't get from the other great books on Rhoads solo's etc..there are alot of classics on this album like Mr Crowley and Dee. All the stuff is here and it's great..apart from the aforementioned songs ripped out of live tribute this is a great book for all who want to study Randy's work in greater detail...So come on Ozzy why don't you release some dvd footage..it's about time aint it?Another must have for fans of this great guitarist who was taken from us far far too early.
