Well what can I say, this is an excellent product. I was looking in the supermarkets for their chinese pork or chickens but they are always gone. Easy to use and makes your meat lovely. Am going to purchase the barbecue one next.

My local butcher uses this so I was pleased to see it available on Amazon.It has a really lovely minty flavour.I cover my joints of lamb in this a day or so before use and grill or BBQ.I have a leg of lamb that I am going to use it on next.Delicious!

I used this product for minting my lamb chops, the aroma when cooking is beautiful, really eay to use, just sprinkle over your chosen meat, leave for 10 minutes or so then cook. I think it is good value for money. The delivery was less than 24 hours

I mixed this powder with a little water to make it just liquid enough to coat some chicken wings well, and still kind of stick to them. I left them to marinate for 48hrs in the fridge, then cooked them in the oven until they were tender, sticky and with a little char on the edges.They were absolutely brilliant, and the glaze was full of flavour, still a little sticky, and gave a lovely flavour just like the butcher stuff.The attached photo is just before cooking, where I'd laid them out and covered them with the remaining glaze mix.I'd highly recommend this product. It's the real deal!

It gives a nice flavour, similar to what my local butcher uses, and I mix with hot chilli or paprika as well if doing lamb chump chops, considering the prices supermarkets charge for a sachet ,it's well worth purchasing a bulk buy, if its affordable for you,

The taste is amazing, the price is even better. I was buying 35gr pkts at £1.20 a pkt. You work the maths out.My son said its the best Chinese pork chops he's ever had. So job done for me... 10 out if 10 🌟
