Processor is good in this price range.But there are some downsides. 1st point is it is a hot processor, it gets hot even in normal task because of its High TDP of 105W. It delivers performance there is no compromise but it comes with high power consumption and heat. So I suggest it is good for gaming but if you and can spend 2-3k more than go for 9600x which has low TDP of only 65W and delivers more performance while giving out less heat.

The Ryzen 5 7600X delivers excellent performance for gaming and everyday tasks. Games run very smoothly thanks to its strong single-core performance, and it keeps up well with much more expensive CPUs when paired with a good GPU, i have a 4070 super and while an x3d might get some extra fps in gaming, the 7600x doesnt fall that far behind. It’s also very responsive for multitasking and general use. Support for DDR5 and PCIe 5.0 makes the platform feel modern and future-proof. The CPU can run a bit hot under load, so a decent aftermarket cooler is recommended, especially since there’s no stock cooler included. Overall, this is a great mid-range CPU that offers strong performance and good value on the AM5 platform.
