Although packaged properly, the item itself had a hole in it. Buckwheat was all over the inside of the package. This is a nonreturnable item.

Damages product packing
The original product packing comes apart in shipment causing the product to spill into outer box. Perhaps the seller should put the product inside the zip lock bag which can catch the product without spilling all over the packaging.Product is excellent.
