Love the brand, it’s so easy to use and good quality. Super light & fancy. Came nicely packaged.

This is equally good wine opener to use for opening wine bottles and to admire it as a piece of art! I love the design and the functionality. Highly recommend as a gift to somebody who drinks wine. It is expensive but if you love stylish items, then it is for you. Some people complain it is not long enough, but I guess they use it on some fancy corks - on regular wine bottles it works like a charm. Just keep in mind the cork gets fully drilled so do not expect to use it afterwards.

This cork remover is novel in it's simple but reliable construction. Many body is Stainless steel. There are a few plastic inserts within the main body. Like most of the openers, two hands are needed to remove a cork . Learning to use it only takes a few bottles to understand the best method. Not cheap pot metal or low quality plastic parts on this opener. Pot metal can have lead in it and we do not what lead around are food and drink products.

I have used many types of devices for removal corks. This is the best, period. Nothing comes close.

At first I was going to return this because I thought once you screw it into the cork, you have to pull with all your might to get it out. Before returning, I tried it again, AND, you just keep turning the it and the cork comes out like butter. It's beautiful. Works like a charm.

Unfortunately, this will not firmly seat on the top of the bottle. It wobbles and thus it is difficult to get the screw to go into the cork straight.

The casing is a solid block of metal, and feels good to touch and use. The casing fits nicely over the wine bottle. The cork comes out cleanly and smoothly, and it is then gripped by the plastic inside the top of the casing. Solves all the problems I have had with previous corkscrews so far.

This style of corkscrew (no levers--continuous turning of the screw removes the cork) this is a lovely one. Frankly, the ikea one works better (it has built-in plastic/foil cutter, and is somewhat ergonomically more comfortable and smooth) but ikea has been out of stock on these forever in my local store.
