Good tasting fondue, which is only available locally during the holidays. Melts easily and is smooth in a double boiler.

Excellent flavor - true Swiss so expect a lot of champagne “flavor” and white wine notes in this version of fondue. Worth the $$ for real Swiss experience - I’ll tone it down for my luncheon and purchase a less intense product.

If you have never tried cheese fondue you will probably never know that this isn't that great. All taste buds are different. It was a little sweet for me. It lacked the punch of a really good stinky fondue with sharp flavors. I love packaged cheese fondue, makes prep a breeze. You only need dry white wine & the package of cheese fondue. This one however was not to my taste. But like I said, everybody has different expectations.

I liked the flavor and this worked well in my pot melted in a timely manner and stayed soft through out my meal. however if I should get this while it is still cold mailing it on a Thursday is not a good idea since it won't arrive till Monday in most towns right? The ice pack will not last 5 days in a hot UPS truck.

Definitely will not order again, and will not recommend. Very strange smell once cooked, nauseating. I tried a few bites and then threw away. Not sure if it was the refrigeration issue, when I received cooling pack was completely thawed out. Seemed like possibly very high alcohol content, I know a traditional Swiss recipe may use kirsch ( cherry brandy). Any away, will not order ever again and do not recommend. Too bad, I was hoping for a great easy fondue.

After I eat it I sing “Aufweidersein” and yodel. Not Swiss, but I play one on television. Seriously though, delicious! (Roughly $4.00USD more expensive than when I find it in the store though.) Buy some, now!

The flavor of this cheese fondue is authentic and serving is easy, just heat it up and dunk your favorite foods in for a fondue good time!

Although the picture looks like it's for some sort of convenient heat-in-its-own-bowl package, the actual product you get is an ordinary fondue box. I prefer this fondue to other brands because this fondue tastes less salty, and has a nice white wine flavor. The product is shipped with some sort of ice pack to keep it cold.
