I stand behind that. Im writing today, because the company messaged me. Offering a full refund. I won't/didn't accept it, because. As I've stated, the products provide ME, some relief. Placing it on a firm flooring, or whatever you can account for. Giving your weight. I had the idea of using it as, I laid in the bed. My mattress, does not support maintaining the stability of the base. However, if you lay it on the floor. Is what I spoke about, concerning flexibility. It gives a bit too much for my liking.... At any rate, I've bumped this product up, to a 4-star. Because the company contacted me. Offering a full refund. So, what I'm saying is. IF, YOU dont like it. Contact them directly. Don't cheese-out, the company because. They will refund you, IF you dont like it. Maybe down the road, they will make it more sturdy? Whatever, just know. They read these comments and our comments as consumers. Should, be as accurate as possible.

I’m very impressed by this gadget. I immediately, put it to use and my back pain was relieved by at least 80 the first day.

A hard piece of plastic on a sore back. I tried it a couple times and so did my other half and he said the same thing it’s not comfortable no matter where you put it.. it now sits on my patio and the cats rub up against it so it had a different function

Back never felt so mobile and pain is gone! Used to do the traditional buddy cracking my back method, this is a lot better though!

It helps support your back.I have no back so it is the full in space of support for me.

It does what it says it does it does give you a good stretch for your spine. Wish it was a little softer and came in different sizes.
