I bought this because my doctor said I should have this to help me. However, I don’t like the directions and I’m unable to open it. Have not been able to use it as yet

I have used several of these and they never fail.

My new pulmonologist gave me this non drug tool to help clear my lungs. I used it once and could not believe the how much it helped. If you’re dealing with lung issues then you know the coughing is hard and tiresome. I use it in the morning and if I start feeling restricted. This tool helps to break up mucus (gross) and bring airway relief. It worked so well I’ve ordered and second one for travel.

I can’t believe more people don’t know about this or use it! A really great Aid in breaking up congestion and opening up your airways. Use it a lot and use it consistently. Worth it!

The device worked as advertised.

The price is right, but I"m not sure they quality is the best. The adjustment dial seems to have only a minor effect on the resistance. And after a few months of use, the inhale/exhale valve gets stuck open (inhale) and I have to plug the hole to achieve full resistance when blowing out. Still works, but maybe next time I'll opt for the slightly higher quality (and more expensive) model.
