Am I correct in that there’s no adhesive on this pillow so if I turn it up to put in the drum case, is the pillow, going to fall all over the place?

Is it something more than a fleece 17 inch pillow that makes it $45? It's about 23 cents worth of material.

Will this fit through a 4" port?
