Les Anis de Flavigny Coffee Flavored Hard Candy 1.75

Love these mints. Great to carry in purse. I first bought them from the gift shop at the Palace at Versailles.

Great mint that does not taste artificial.

I had no idea how much I would enjoy these when I initially ordered them but they immediately became my favorite flavor! I am not even a fan of coffee but I can't get enough of these mints!! They are so tasty! They do nothing for your breath since they are coffee flavored and have actual sugar in them, but I eat them like candy. I love them so much that I can't help but bite them... I pray I don't break a tooth but I probably will eventually.

I had purchased anise, lemon and coffee flavor in France last year and enjoy them very much. l love the small metal box with lovely art works the candy come. I have it on my hand bag at all time. I ordered an Orange Blossom flavor and a coffee flavor. Orange Blossom was properly packaged in a plastic bag from seller and the barcode label on top of the plastic bag. However, the coffee flavor packaging was poor and junky look with the barcode label was just slapped directly on the top of the box that covered up the box and the flavor, a part of a white tape does not appear to be park of the packaging was by the side of box. The clear tape seals the top and bottom was half peeled off. Unfortunately I had removed the penal on top and the white tap before I decide to give feed back to seller. I will purchase again because I really like their products.

The candies taste good, although the coffee flavor is subtle. I didn't mind spending a little extra money on this candy because I planned to reuse the cute tin. Lo and behold, only the lid is metal, and the bottom of the container is flimsy plastic. Had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered. I'll enjoy the candies, but I don't think the plastic tin will work for my needs. Would not order again, especially for the price and amount of candies.

If your mouth is free of other tastes/food/drink it has a pronounced coffee taste. They are delicious, and only 5 calories each, for several minutes of nice taste. That said, if you have just eaten something else and especially if you have just sipped some coffee, the taste could be stronger to compete.. They are quite mild with no bite. Nevertheless, nice to have. The tiny pearl of licorice flavor in the center is a nice surprise at the end of dissolving the mint in your mouth.

Most other coffee candies I try are either way too sweet or don’t really taste like coffee. However, these are completely different! Not too sweet, really nice coffee flavor, good quantity for the price, speedy delivery, and all natural ingredients! What more could you ask for? Thank you!

Much milder taste than expected. I’m a big fan of their violet mints, so nothing really could compare for me. I wanted a strong coffee taste but came to appreciate the light taste this left on my tongue. Neither sweet nor bitter. Just satisfying.
