The product I received previously and is excellent.This is the condition I received the product today. Obviously it had been used and returned. Not shrinked wrapped and bottles not completely filled. Amazon you can do better.

A Great Combination together

I like the shampoo and conditioner. It has a nice Vanilla scent. However, the low review is only because they have a terrible pump. The pump falls right off. It's also too short and you wind up applying shampoo and conditioner to the side of your palm. The pump should be longer to allow you to apply the product to the center of your palm. Other than that, it is a good shampoo and conditioner for the price.
