Tough to Use
In theory this would be a great “at home” anterior tibialis trainer. Unfortunately, the bands offer way too much resistance and you have to be sitting at the perfect height for your heel to be in the correct position.The only way to really do this is with the plate loaded machine Hammer Strength or Titan makes.

FINALLY
I have been searching a long time for a quality device to help me build up my tibialis. I have always had chicken legs, but this bad boy is making my legs muscle machines. I am pleased with how simple this is to setup and get to work. Get this and you can thank me later. This is a well-made product and durable. If used regularly you will see positive results.

A Mess to Get On!
The idea behind this is great & what you get seems well made, but I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to get it on my foot. Once I did get it on my foot (the best I could) it was too big & would slide down or completely come off my foot. I’m returning it.

Hard to use
This set up is complicated to use much easier just to buy a rubber strap and work with that

Great Tib strengthener for knee issues
Learned about Tibialis exercises through knees-over-toes-guy. This "resistance band" type exerciser is perfect for ATG knee stability training. Flex, hold for 10 seconds and repeat, 10-15 reps 3 sets each leg. The strap is a little tough to figure out but once you get the hang of it, becomes pretty easy. Definitely recommend for anyone who has knee injuries. I have had a torn MCL, PCL, and Patellar tendon from sports and this exercise has alleviated most of my knee pain i have dealt with for the past 10 years.

Awesome!
Took a couple of tries to figure out how to put it around my shoe, but after that it’s a great training tool, especially for running and cycling. I travel a lot for work and this makes it easy to bring along with me and train in a hotel room if needed. Great purchase!

Very durable and high quality
Super convenient buy, we tend to forget about those smaller muscles but can go a long way in power, speed etc so this is absolutely convenient and worth the buy
