Q: how wide is the mouth of the bag, my can is 24 X 27 will it fit over the edges?

The bag is exactly 101.75” total where you have 102”. This means that you will need to stretch the bag a little bit (about 1/4”) but I believe it is doable. Hope this helps.

Q: Will this fit a square can 27 x 27 x 36 deep?

Yes, with room to spare, you may consider smaller bags

Q: Will this bag fit a 64 gal "Toter" can?

Yes! We use it for our 64 gal garbage container. Fits great.
