PERFECT for beginners & homeschool students
Most importantly, This book is true to form cursive letters and not some randomly generated computer font! I’m noting that because I did order and return other books for that reason. The BONUS = is That it incorporates part of American History with the addition of writing sentences/paragraphs of the Constitution - in cursive! What a great way to write and read cursive as well as gaining insight ! Be diligent, Patriots!

Teaching Curisive because Schools really don't anymore
I went looking for books that I could use to teach my grandson cursive because they don't really teach it in schools anymore and he cannot even sign his name and he is going to high school next year. I thought this would be educational on two levels, learning cursive and learning about or most important documents in our history that still pertain to this day. What I really like is that he can do it on his own and ask me for help when he needs it. First you learn the letters and how they are formed then you start putting what you learned into practice by writing historical documents in cursive so they not only learn cursive but learn about Americas founding documents.

This book is a "must have" for every home.
Cursive writing is no longer taught in my grandson's school. I purchased this book in order to teach him how to write and read cursive. The added bonus is that this book has the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights as copy material as well. We are working on this book and discussing it as we go. I encourage all parents and grandparents to check their children's school's to see if cursive is being taught. If not then this book is for you. This book would be a great addition to homeschoolers as well.

Middle school
I got this for my 7th grader as her very last hand writing book she will ever have to do.As we all know the wording in the Constitution is tricky. She can’t read everything in the book but is still doing great trying and working on her hand writing. Her motivation is that when it’s done she’s done.Middle school is definitely the right age for this book. I would never ask an elementary student to use this.

Good for Summer Bridge Work
With Common Core still being in our schools (even though they call it something different), my kids (ages 10 and 12) haven't been taught cursive, not really. So, I used these books for summer bridge work. I like that the kids are reading something historical. They like that they're not being made to write something stupid and childish. It's two books in one--the first book being practice in making letters and the back book being the Constitution & Bill of Rights. Loved it. Would buy it again.

WONDERFUL TOOL FOR TEACHING CURSIVE
I bought this as a present for my 16 year old grandson, who expressed an interest in learning cursive as a summer project. It is unthinkable to him that he could never read any historical documents or manuscripts in the original, since cursive is no longer taught in schools. Also, he envied the speed of cursive over printing. I wasn't sure the desire would last, but aided by your book, he is going back to both high school/college (which he takes simultaneously) with very legible handwriting. I thank you for giving him a tool to help him succeed at a task he really wanted to accomplish.

Great workbook
Ordered this for homeschooling. Love that it uses history to practice cursive! It’s a 2 in 1! It is for more advanced cursive writers. It was perfect for my sixth grader. Highly recommend.
