I love the soft beautiful texture of this chair. I bought extra wheels to take it up to 600lb strength but still fear for a 400lb person and the strength with the base underneath seat. The chair rocks back and forth not looking strong. Time will tell, I bought the insurance.The chair is Soft and Gorgeous. The white is beautiful. My Pomeranian before I knew it was scratching and nesting but thank god it didn’t make a mark. I love this chair. It is huge. I will say I wish the seat had more depth. It is a bit short depth from Butt to back of knee. I am saying this as a 5’5” girl. The makers should adjust this.It Should be deeper for comfort. I

I was hesitant about getting this chair based on some of the reviews I read. I decided to go with it because I needed a chair that supported my size and was a good price. This is not the typical office chair. It's much wider than most chairs, so make sure you have enough room to accommodate it. I loved the roominess of this chair. I used it for one full day and it was exactly what I needed. The chair is very comfortable, and the massager was an added bonus for me. Please note: This chair is heavy when it's delivered. It was shipped UPS, and they didn't even deliver it to my door. They left it in the walkway instead. I was a bit shocked by that, but I'm really happy with the chair. It was difficult to assemble when I got to the arms. I had a difficult time getting the seat back on. Once done, the chair is amazing.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions. It's very sturdy as it's metal which I didn't realize.I only have a few issues, first is it sits very high even when it's lowered it's has me almost higher then my desk and my feet dangle.Other issue I have is the metal arm rest. As I have wider hips it does make it uncomfortable to sit for a long period of time.The messager is okay.. it's just a low vibe on your lower back. I thought it would have settings but it's just on and off.There is not a lot of give when leaning back.. but it is still a comfortable chair.Other then that I'm happy with the purchase and it's very cute in white!

I put this chair together while my husband was at work. It took me about 12 minutes total. Super super easy.Arrived in excellent condition. Packaged well. Quick delivery. Came with all the parts and clear instructions.My man is 6’5”, 426 pounds. He uses this chair in his music studio where he sits in it for 2-6 hours per day most days.He fits in it beautifully. Height is adjustable and it gets high enough for his legs to be comfy. The back is high and the head rest hits at the right spot. The seat is very wide and the arms are classy as heck. The chair swivels but it incredibly sturdy and solid.We haven't used the massage feature yet but this chair is a five star chair even without it in use.This chair is very classy and just beautiful. We got the white one and it’s easy to wipe off when it gets scuffed. I use a magic eraser and it works perfectly.*****UPDATEHusband (who is type now) didn't know wife left a review. Came to leave a review and saw she already left one. I am 6'4'' 430lbs. This is the most amazing chair I've ever owned. It is extremely tough and build for a big bear of a man like maybe. And it looks AMAZING.

As someone who stands at 6'1 and weighs 180 lbs, I have to say that my experience with this chair has not been ideal. While I had high hopes for it, given its reputation as being designed for larger individuals, I have found that it falls short in several key areas.On the positive side, the seat padding is fairly comfortable, and I would rate it a solid 3 out of 5. However, the armrest padding has been a major disappointment, as it has flattened out over time and the nails sometimes protrude, causing discomfort and even pain. I would rate the armrests a 0 out of 5.The back padding is decent, earning a 3 out of 5, but unfortunately, the chair's design has caused issues with my lower back. For some reason, it sinks in when I sit on it, throwing my spine at an awkward angle and leading to discomfort and even pain after only a few hours of use. This is a major downside, and one that I simply cannot overlook.Overall, while this chair has some positive attributes, it ultimately fails to provide the level of comfort and support that I need, particularly in the lower back area. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a chair that can better meet your needs.
